Halloween Fireworks over Derry Part 1

An HDR shot of the Halloween fireworks over Derry, Northern Ireland. This photo was taken from the famous "Walls" of the city, with this section of them overlooking Guildhall Square. The building with the clock tower in the centre of the frame is the Guildhall which presides over Guildhall Square. To the right of the building, you can see one of the angular arms of the Peace Bridge which spans the River Foyle. You can also see the lights coming from the funfair that was situated in Ebrington Square, in the Waterside part of the city. Derry was recently voted by the readers of USA Today as being the top Halloween destination in the world, beating off competition from the likes of Transylvania, Sleepy Hollow and Salem, Masaachusetts. This is an HDR photograph, merged from 3 different shots. It was taken with a Nikon D810 camera, using a Nikkor 16-35mm f/4 wide angle lens. The photos were cleaned up using DXO Pro Optics 10, merged using Photomatix Pro 5 and then edited using Adobe Lightroom 5 and Adobe Photoshop CS6. Thanks for looking! This photo was taken using a Nikon D4s DSLR with a Nikon 24mm f/1.4 wide angle lens. The photo was first imported into DXO Pro Optics 9 to iron out any small anomalies, it was then taken into Photoshop CS6 where I created 5 different exposures (-2 through +5) out of a single image. From there I merged the images into 1 HDR file using Photomatix Pro 5, then I applied a filter to the HDR image using Topaz Labs Clarity. Finally, I amended the levels slightly using Lightroom 5.
